Martin uses the power of breathing to help you find more inner peace and quality of life in hectic everyday life.
After many years in the hectic newsroom as an ARD journalist, Martin answered the call of a new adventure and emigrated to Canada on a temporary basis - the starting signal for a new phase in his life with few possessions and a lot of personal growth.
Martin now works remotely and has rebalanced his everyday working life in Germany. In his role as managing editor, he keeps the balls in the air for the ARD Mediathek and also teaches the basics of effective breathing to companies and individual clients with great passion. For him, this is the perfect mix of digital multi-tasking, healthy body awareness and a meaningful heart project.
Analog breaks are very important to Martin as he spends a lot of his life in front of a screen. Breathing is the central approach to this: a powerful technique that allows him to slow down in seconds and focus on the moment.
With breath coaching, Martin has found a purpose that he has long been searching for alongside his digital work. With great joy and empathy, he shares his knowledge of the power of the breath, which has such a direct impact on our quality of life. His conviction: we should all know the key to our inner treasure trove, our breathing, and be able to use it at any time - whether at our desk, during sport or at the supermarket checkout.
