Jonathan discovered the power of breathing and mindfulness when he was confronted with a lot of stress and strain in his professional life. His search for ways to cope better led him to conscious breathing and yoga techniques, which helped him to calm down, regain control and reorganize his daily life.
In addition to his work as a geoscientist, Jonathan is a certified breathing coach and yoga teacher. His journey into the world of mindfulness began more than ten years ago and took him to India in 2019, where he trained as a Kundalini yoga teacher. There he deepened his knowledge of yogic breathing techniques and later discovered ice bathing using the Wim Hof method, which fascinated him so much that he trained to become a Wim Hof Method Instructor.
Jonathan has been teaching the Wim Hof Method in workshops and retreats in Germany and throughout Europe since 2022. He teaches his clients the basics of conscious breathing and shows them how they can use the right breathing technique to improve their health, reduce stress and increase their zest for life.
Jonathan is convinced that a healthy breathing routine integrated into everyday life is one of the keys to a fulfilled and happy life.
