Anna's CV is as diverse as her talents. In addition to her freelance work as a presenter and producer, the trained journalist was responsible for cross-media communication, editing and brand strategy in various companies. Since her early stage engagements, however, her great passion has been voice training and acting. Today, as a professional speaker, she lends her voice to characters, stories and products such as podcasts.

Controlled, deliberate breathing has always played a fundamental role in Anna's career, whether in acting, singing, speech training or interviews. So central and yet often forgotten, most people breathe and speak uneconomically - with unconscious but far-reaching consequences in their professional and private lives. This is where Anna comes in with her training to show how to use your breath to fall asleep better, control stress or for more focus. Being the experienced trainer that she is, Anna enthusiastically passes on these practical benefits.

Anna is fascinated by breathwork because it is elementary, functional and suitable for everyday use. She enjoys sharing this fascination with her clients - regardless of whether they approach the topic cognitively or intuitively. She teaches simple yet effective methods and aims to empower people to use their voice and breathing as powerful tools to realize their potential.
